Three Tourists Arrested by Old Goa Police for Reckless Driving, Endangering Public Safety

Old Goa Police have taken strict action against three tourists, including the car’s driver, for driving recklessly and posing a significant threat to the safety of others on the road.

Vishal Parekar (43) from Kalyan, Maharashtra, was accused of driving the car in a rash and negligent manner, leading to the registration of a case against him on December 4. Assistant Sub Inspector Mohmadrafik Jambotkar took legal action against Parekar for the reported incident.

Following the registration of the case, Old Goa Police detained not only the driver but also the other occupants of the vehicle. Subsequently, all individuals involved were released on bail pending further investigation into the incident.
