MAYEM: The release of small quantities of water by authorities in Maharashtra prevented farmers of North Goa from receiving the much-awaited water supply from the Tillari canal on Saturday.
“The water flow is slow since small quantities of water was released for now, but the water will reach Goa very soon as the quantity will be increased. Besides, the quantity of water released was also low due to ongoing repair work at Kudashe in Bhedshi,” explained the Tillari Canal incharge Sathe.
