I had sent you a picture taken at Sernabatim, Colva, on September 24, showing the completely broken steps from the car park to the beach, which was a hazard to citizens, especially senior citizens. This letter was published in Citizen Herald dated September 26. I am now attaching a photo taken on November 2 of the same steps. This is a temporary solution provided by the Tourism Department. Ridiculous isn’t it?
