Villagers in Varca have raised concerns over illegal construction activities at survey numbers 174/2 and 165/2 in Pedda Dumotem. Residents submitted a formal complaint to the local panchayat, alleging that a commercial project was granted a license on residential land, and that two plots were improperly amalgamated.
According to the villagers, construction work is underway using JCB machines without the necessary permissions or display boards, which they described as a clear violation of regulations.
