Vasco MLA Krishna Salkar has arranged for a JCB and truck through the Water Resources Department (WRD) to assist in the desilting of the Nullah at Baina, part of ongoing pre-monsoon preparations to prevent flooding in the area.
Salkar praised the WRD for their proactive efforts in carrying out essential works ahead of the monsoon season, which have been instrumental in mitigating flood risks in Vasco and surrounding regions.
