PANJIM: The Zilla Panchayat elections in the State will be held on March 18. As these elections are being held on political lines, the election expenditure has been increased to Rs 5 lakh candidate. In order to compute various components of this expenditure, the Goa State Election Commission has adopted a rate chart of the recent Panjim Assembly Constituency, which is displayed at the offices of the Returning Officers.
