MARGAO: Ace Soccer Academy SCC drubbed Cortalim Gymkhana by 8-1 margin in a Round 3 match of the GFA Third Division League match played here at the Dr T B Cunha ground, Cansaulim.
Ace Soccer were leading 3-0 at half time.

Jagdish Chawan scored the first hattrick of the league while Jahan Bhonsle scored a brace with Ghospak Hebbar and Prem Kumar Chavan scoring a goal each for Ace Soccer.
Hardworking Deep Naik reduced the margin for Cortalim.
At Rosary Church ground, Navelim – Salgaocar FC defeated YB of Tonca SC by 8-2. Sairaj Patil and Ashwin Miranda scored a brace followed a goal each from Ethan Carvalho, Ashnoy Vaz and Daison Colaco. Rudra Parwar added one goal for Salgaocar’s tally on self-goal. Ayush Gosavi and Saideep Sawal netted a goal each YBT.
In an another match – Dempo SC trounced Pax of Nagoa SC by 13-1 goals. Kingsly Fernandes scored four, Aloysius Fernandes, Nihal Vazarkar and Jess Gomes scored a brace each followed by one goal from Aaron Pereira, Aryan Nevagi and Saksham Gaonkar. The only goal for Pax of Nagoa SC was scored by Hazratali Khanjade.
In the U-13 IInd division match At Sinquetim football ground – Davorlim SC defeated YW & SC Assolna by 3-0 goals. Joston Pinto, Alrich Raikar and Jess Menezees netted for Davorlim.
