PONDA: The Ponda Taluka Chess Association under auspices of Goa Chess Association will organise the fifth Desai Pratishtan`s late Laxmikant V.Desai Memorial All India Open FIDE rating chess tournament from November 15 to 18, at Wagle High School, Mangueshim,Ponda.
Around 175 players from all over India are expected to participate in this tournament which includes players from Goa, Maharashtra, Karnataka and Gujarat. The total cash prize fund is Rs 1,50,000. All prize winners will get trophies.
