MAPUSA: Brothers of Orda registered a 3-1 win over Take It Easy Arradi 3-1 and stormed into the finals of 8th Candolim interward football tournament at Dr.Gustavo Monteiro ground, Candolim on Tuesday.
It was Arradi who took the lead in the sixth minute when Silva Rathod scored with a neat tap off a cross from Santhosh Rathod.
Stung by the reverse, Orda hit back and not only levelled terms in the 17th minute through Akash Pujari off a goal mouth mellee, but further made it 2-1 in the 40th minute following Devendra Pednekar’s solo effort.
Akash Pujari of Orda missed three sitters. In the 50th minute, Arradi’s Simon Arradi scored a self goal.
