RAIA: Cana-Benaulim SC defeated St Rock’s YC, Calata-Majorda 2-1 to enter the quarter-finals of 43rd Gold Silver Rolling Trophy football tournament played at Rosary church ground, Navelim, on Monday.
Keegan Fernandes netted a brace for Cana Benaulim SC, while Ashley reduced the margin for St Rock’s YSC. Keegan Fernandes of Cana-Benaulim SC was awarded the man-of-the-match presented by Fr Dylan D’Costa, assistant parish priest of Our Lady of Rosary Church, Navelim.
