The Goa boys and girls basketball teams will participate in the 26th Youth National Basketball Championship to be held in Mumbai from May 9 to 16 and 36th Sub-junior National Basketball Championship to be held in New Delhi from May 25 to 31.
Boys and girls born on or after January 1, 1993 are eligible to participate in the Youth Nationals and those born on or after January 1, 1996 are eligible to participate in the sub-junior nationals.
The selections will be held on February 15 at Fr Agnel Ashram, Verna at 9 am. Interested boys and girls may report to C F Vaz, President Goa Basketball Association at the venue along with birth certificates duly signed by the head of institution.
