MARGAO: Limon 5 Navelim prevailed over United Boys of Majorda via penalty shootout 7-6 to lift Killer Boys Cup, second all Goa 5- a- side football tournament organised by Killer Boys Velsao, recently.
In a thrilling encounter the teams tried to score but the goalkeeper of both side put up a magnificent performance under the bar to deny each other.
The match ended 0-0 at regulations time and in the sudden death, Limon 5 goalkeeper saved the 7th kick of Kevin Almeida to claim the title.
The winners got Rs 30,000 and a trophy while the runners-up had to be settled with Rs. 20,000.
Chief guest Thomas Gomes gave away the prizes to the winners and runners-up in the presence of organisers and other dignitaries.
