FATORDA: Loyola High School, Magao emerged champions of the Salcete Taluka U-14 Chess Tournament of mini secondary school sports, organised by Directorate of Sports and Youth Affairs, at Fatorda, on Thursday.
Loyola High School scored all together 19 and half points while playing five rounds.
The following were the team members: Reuben Colaco, Jugan Rodrigues, Alex Sequeira, Faustino Fernandes and Jonan Ferrao.
Loyola HS has now qualified for South District chess tournament.
