MARGAO: Maina SC registered an impressive 3-0 victory over Tilamola United Sports Club at the Betalbatim ground, on Saturday.

Tilamola United Sports Club tried to take control of the game from the outset, but Maina SC was up to the challenge and matched their intensity.
The first half of the game saw both teams creating opportunities but failing to capitalize on them.
However, the second half saw a completely different Maina SC side, as they took control of the game and started attacking with more intent. In the 52nd minute, Farhan Shaikh of Maina SC scored the opening goal of the match, which gave his team a much-needed boost.
Four minutes later, Farhan Shaikh once again found the back of the net with a well-placed shot, which left the Tilamola United SC goalkeeper with no chance. Maina SC had now taken a comfortable 2-0 lead, and Tilamola United Sports Club was struggling to get back into the game.
In the 62nd minute, Blesio Vales of Maina SC scored the third goal of the match, which effectively sealed the victory for his team.
Tilamola United Sports Club tried to mount a comeback but could not find a way past the solid Maina SC defense.
