SERAULIM: Perpetual Succour HS, St Jude HS, Fatima Convent HS & The Kings School moved into the semi-finals of the Sir Jawaharlal Da Costa Memorial inter-school U-16 5-a- side football tournament, organised by United Sports Club of Seraulim in collaboration with The Base Goa, at The Base Goa – Seraulim, on Wednesday.
In the boys’ category, Loyola HS, Margao blanked The Kings School, Sao Jose De Areal 3- 0.

Alden Fernandes, Nathan Almeida and Ashnoy Gomes scored a goal each for Loyola HS.
St. Anthony’s HS, Majorda edged past Infant Jesus H.S. Colva 2- 1.
Ashroy and Satish scored a goal each for St Anthony’s while Steward netted a goal for Infant Jesus HS.
Holy Cross HS, Cavelossim defeated St Jude Betalbatim 4-0.
Joshua scored a hat-trick and Akash also got his name on the scoresheet.
In the girls’ category, The Kings School, Sao Jose De Areal thumped St Anthony’s HS, Majorda 6-0.
Valaina Fernandes scored five goals while Hayley added one to give Kings a well deserved victory.
Perpetual Succor HS, Navelim beat St. Anthony’s HS, Majorda 5-2.
Amanda Dias scored four goals while Clea scored the fifth. Chiara scored a brace to take the score to 5-2 in favour of Perpetual Succour Navelim.
Fatima Convent HS, Margao defeated Manovikas Margao 5-1.
Zuriel Travares scored a brace, Dezma, Anushka and Ivanka scored a goal each for Fatima.
Walusha was the lone scorer for Manovikas.
