CALANGUTE: Pilerne Sports Club trounced St Savio Sports Club, Calangute 4-0 to move into the semi-finals of 17th Vagator Cup 2015 all Goa inter-village football tournament organised by Vagator Parish Youth Sports Club, at Ozrant ground, Vagator, on Thursday.

At half time, Pilerne Sports Club were leading 1-0.

Pilerne enjoyed a slight edge over St Savio Sports Club and deservedly took the lead in the 30th minute through Claro Cardozo.

Post resumption, Pilerne doubled the lead with Russel Fernandes finding the net beating the onrushing Keeper.

Sidhanth Naik increased the lead while Anson D’Souza rounded off the tally.
