PANJIM: The Sports Authority of Goa (SAG) is soon to start the maintenance works at the Swimming Pool Complex, at Campal-Panjim.
Panjim Constituency MLA Sidharth Kucolienkar, who visited the pool complex along with the SAG officials, pointed out at the various issues and problems.
He ensured that the instructions have been given to the concerned department to immediately start with the maintenance works.
These works include replacing the broken tiles, pipes at the filtration unit, corroded steel ladders leading to the diving platforms, spectator gallery roof, improving toilet facilities and other civil and painting works to match up with the international standards.
