MAPUSA: Saligao United scored a hard fought1-0 victory over St Sebastian SC, Mapusa, and sailed into the quarter-final of Peddem Bomm Cup football at Peddem ground, Anjuna, on Wednesday.
Saligao United went into the lead in the 30th minute through Jay Ganesh Goltekar when he connected a fine cross from Kendrick Menezez.
