Congress leader and advocate Pratima Coutinho has criticised Navelim MLA Ulhas Tuenkar over the alleged accumulation of garbage outside his residence.
Coutinho alleged that heaps of garbage were lying outside the BJP MLA’s house and questioned the state of cleanliness and development in Navelim.

Taking a jibe at Tuenkar, she said the MLA had “only gifted garbage” to the people of Navelim instead of development.
The remarks come amid concerns over garbage management and civic issues in the constituency.
