SAO JOSE DE AREAL: Tilamolla United defeated SC Davorlim 7-5 via the tie breaker to move into the quarter-final of the 36th Sao Jose de Areal Panchayat Cup, on Monday.
SC Davorlim netted three goals in the first half through Joe Gomes, Ashikesh Shetty and Mack Borges. In the second half Tilamoll United came from behind and netted three goals through Melvin Carvalho, who scored a brace and Allwyn Faria.
In the resultant tie-breaker, Tilamolla united proved to be better shooters.
