Umtta Vaddo defeated Gaura Vaddo 2-0 to move into the semi-finals of Gaura Vaddo inter-ward football tournament at Calangute Association ground, Calangute on Tuesday.
The teams played an attacking game but failed to score at lemon break.
Flino Ratos’ free kick was neatly connected by Criston Fernandes to slot home the first goal.
Gaura Vaddo fought back but failed to score. Umtta Vaddo yet again won a free kick which was beautifully executed by Flino Ratos leaving the defensive wall and the Gaura Vaddo keeper beaten.
