Vagator Parish Youth demolished PVC, Parra by a tennis score of 6-0 to move into the quarter-finals of Vagator Parish Youth Trophy inter-village football tournament at Ozrant ground, Vagator on Thursday.
Vagator shot into lead in the 15th minute through Saprem Diukar off a combined move by Edwin Pinto and Joseph Noronha. Rajesh Shirodker doubled the lead off a Saprem Diukar cross in the 18th minute. Rupesh Kotkar scored the third goal off a Julius D’Souza cross in the 26th minute.
Changing over, Vagator went 4-0 up as Rajesh Shirodker converted a penalty after Joseph Noronha was brought down by Llyod Pacheco. Vagator scored two more goals through Lestor Albuquerque and Rupesh Kotkat to complete the rout.
