Dylan Lima opened the account for Varca in the third minute with an angular shot.
Thirty minutes later, Constancio Rodrigues doubled the account for Varca.
Columbian Noronha got his name on the score-sheet to make it 3-0 for Varca in the 47th minute while Elden Colaco pulled a goal back for Raia in the 62nd minute.
