RAIA: Vasco City SCC made a winning start to their campaign beating strong contenders Rising Star SCC 4-0 in the Goa Football Association Division II League match played at Tilak Maidan, Vasco, on Friday. Vasco City were leading 2-0 at half time.
Shaheel Shaokh, Abishaik Singh, Rowan Fernandes and Videsh Satardekar scored for Vasco City.

Ayaan shines for Rossman Cruz,
SCC Loutolim win
Rossman Cruz Nagoa SC and SCC Loutolim registered wins in the U-15 Division II League matches. At Utorda sports complex ground, Rossman Cruz Nagoa SC trounced Baina SC by 8-0. Ayaan Bandelar scored a hat-trick, Mark Fernandes scored a brace while Fabron Costa, Stasio Gowda and Kenosh Menezes scored a goal each for Rossman Cruz Nagoa SC.
In another match, SCC Loutolim thrashed Betalbatim Sporting Club 8-0. Swiden Fernandes excelled with five goals, while Vickey Kumar, Nevil Barbosa and Shannon D’Costa scored a goal each.
