CANLANGUTE: Verna Sports Club defeated St. Anthony S.C., Colva 2-0 in the first semi-final match to book their rightful place in the finals of the Taleigao Panchayat Cup 2013 inter-village football tournament organized by Clube Sao Miguel de Taleigao. At half time, the score was 0-0.
Verna SC took the lead through Santan Rego in the 35th minute while Myron Fernandes increased the tally in the 63rd minute.
