PANJIM: Unknown miscreants broke into the office of Goa Khadi & Village Industries Board between Saturday and Monday morning. Initial reports suggest that nothing was stolen.
However, various files and documents were strewn on the office floor.
The Panjim police have registered an offence based on a complaint lodged by the board’s CEO Dipak Desai.
Police said the unidentified criminals entered the office by breaking one of the two doors. The office situated in the city has two entrances.
“Neither cash nor valuables were stolen. But the documents were strewn all over,” informed a police official.
