In the resultant tie-breaker, Anthony D’Souza, Francis Fernandes, Claudo Rodrigues and Arnold Fernandes were on target for St Anthony. Pedro Gonsalves and Mario Lobo scored for St Savio.
St Anthony will now meet Saligao Sporting in the final, on March 15.
On Saturday, Saligao Sporting Club grounded United Club Nerul 2-0, in the first semi-final.
Saligao opened the scoring in the fourth minute through a penalty calmly converted by Bibiano Fernandes.
Subsequently, in the 14th minute, Ajay Diwadkar made it 2-0 off a neat placement which beat Nerul keeper Siddesh Morje.
