MARGAO: Youth of Sarzora thumped BMC, Dramapur 3-1 to move into the quarter-finals of Chinchinim Villagers Trophy football tournament at church ground, Chinchinim, Wednesday. The teams were tied 1-1 at half time.
Dramapur started on the right earnest and broke the deadlock in the 10th minute after striker Adil unleashed a stiff grounder that beat the rival goalkeeper.
Stung by setback, Sarzora regrouped quickly and took the fight to the rival camp and ten minutes later, equalized through Molvin Fernandes.
Post resumption, Sarzora were a transformed side as Hayden Fernandes struck twice in quick succession.
