MARGAO: Ultracon Madgaon Royals came back to winning ways defeating DNS VMJ’s Rookies by 5 wickets and 13 balls to spare on the 10th day of the 7th edition of Sarsangan Super Series Cricket 2024-25, played at MCC Ground, while in the second match, Priority Titans humbled the challenge of SinQ Rangers by 30 runs. Commonwealth Fountainheads than walloped 108 Delite Titans by 41 runs in a high run feast floodlight match at the MCC.
In the first match, Madgaon Royals bounced back with a 5-wicket win over the Rookies, chasing a modest 114 with 13 balls to spare. The Rookies struggled to 113-8 in their 20 overs, with Pratham Kossambe (28) and Rajaram Sinai Kundaikar (26*) leading the scoring. Royals’ bowlers, led by Gaurish Agni, Shaunit Sawardekar and Sandesh Kamat Bambolkar (2 wickets each), were clinical.
Despite early trouble at 41-4, Kartik Hattangadi’s steady 36 guided the Royals to 114-5. Sanat Kamat (2-11) stood out for the Rookies.

In the second match, Titans powered to 191-6, with Sahish Mahambrey’s 39 and Rauji Kakodkar’s explosive 35 leading the charge. Contributions from Granthik Buyao (21) and Amith Kamat (20) bolstered the total. Neelay Naik Dalal (2-20) shone with the ball for the Rangers.
In reply, the Rangers managed 161-6, falling short by 30 runs despite Ashwin Kuncolienkar’s brisk 34 and Smit Dalvi’s 33. Titans’ bowler Animesh Prabhugaonkar claimed 2-11 to seal the win.

In the third match under floodlights, the Fountainheads posted a tournament-high 202-5, thanks to Yash Prabhugaonkar’s whirlwind 37 off 10 balls and solid innings by Aamod Talaulikar (35) and Laxmikant Kurade (31*).
The Delite Titans replied with 161, as Abhijit Bhandare (35) and Sudhir Kenkre (37) showed resistance. However, Amod Borkar’s 3-21 led a disciplined bowling effort to secure a 41-run victory.
