MARGAO: A mother of a minor boy, aged 16 from Housing Board, Margao filed a complaint at Margao police station on March 19 that her son was kidnapped by unknown person from her lawful custody.
The complainant alleged that the incident took place on March 19 around 9.30 pm at her house at Housing Board, Margao. An offence under section 323 IPC and section 8(2) of Goa Children Act has been registered against unknown person and further investigation is in progress.
