PANJIM: Controversial Bollywood actress Poonam Pandey’s ‘soft porn video’ shooting had no permission from the nodal agency for granting film shoots in the State, stated Entertainment Society of Goa (ESG).
Sources confirmed to Herald that no line producer had approached the ESG seeking permission for any such shoot in Goa.

However, with its Chief Executive Officer (CEO) Amit Satija undergoing treatment for COVID-19, the agency is yet to decide action against the concerned line producer of the alleged obscene video or its cast and crew.
“No line producer has obtained permission from ESG. The video was being shot illegally. We are nonetheless awaiting CEO’s return after which we will decide if action needs to be initiated against all those involved in the obscene video shoot,” an ESG official told Herald. On the other hand, model Milind Soman who ran nude on a beachside to mark his 55th birthday on Wednesday, is yet to face action. It is not known whether his visit to Goa is personal or professional as the ESG has no conformation about it.
