PANJIM, AUG 29 The inquiry into the Sada sub jail break has blamed the faulty structure of the jail and absence of proper police security. A confidential report submitted by the Additional Collector Prasanna Acharya to Home Department has said that there should be additional police security ring for this sub jail at Vasco.
