Filth on Benaulim beach

This is Benaulim beach plaza which has not been cleaned for the past one month. It is filthy and sure to put off any tourist. Not a single dustbin anywhere near the parking plaza where seniors and visitors sit. Complete dereliction of duty by the tourism department and minister.
