This is to bring to your kind attention the hardships and frustration I had to face just to put my full birth date on the Aadhaar Card at Matahny Saldana complex.
On January 3, 2018 at 11:15 am I stood in the line for an hour and 10 minutes and when my turn came I was told that the server is down which was fair enough we Indians are used to that. Again on January 6, 2018, I dropped my son to school kept my one-year-old child with my neighbour and reached the office at 10:45am and when my turn was about to come one of the staff said the server is down (again I pondered).
We Indians don’t give up, do we? So on January 8, 2018 I took my child with me and reached again and 10:30 am and guess what? The server is down once again. I wonder what development is taking place in Goa and India unlike Europe where public go out from their houses with a promise of the any work fulfilled by the authorities and government.
I am really baffled as to why the concerned staff do not make it clear or communicate what is going on rather than waiting and taking advantage of our patience.
