It may be recalled that Dattaram (Mahesh) Nayak had filed complaint against the temple committee for undertaking developmental work without taking permission from concerned authorities. Subsequently TCP after conducting a joint inspection issued a show cause notice to the temple committee as to why the technical clearance order issued should not be withdrawn.
On Tuesday the TCP issued the revocation of technical clearance order for development.
TCP has revoked the technical clearance for “submitting wrong plans and area calculations at the time of obtaining approval from the TCP.”
