A holistic learning oasis in Dabolim

Amidst
the serene expanse of Dabolim lies Soukhya, a holistic learning sanctuary where
individuals of all ages converge to embark on enriching transformations.
Founded by Sneha Bose and directed by Deesha Patel, besides being a community
hub; it’s a haven for personal development rooted in well-being.

Located
in the heart of Dabolim, Soukhya beckons with its nature-friendly ambiance and
naturally ventilated spaces. Founder Sneha envisions it as a space where
diverse activities and courses flourish, tailored to nurture individual
interests and abilities. The programmes span expressive arts, physical
wellness, and empowerment, catering to a wide spectrum of interests. The
interdisciplinary packages (IDP) stand out, offering clients insights across
multiple programmes within a single enrollment. Deesha emphasizes the
comprehensive learning experience that the IDPs provide. “Clients can explore
advanced-level packages or specialize further in specific disciplines. For
example, the Eco-conscious package seamlessly integrates gardening, music, and
environmental wellness, allowing individuals to immerse themselves in the
therapeutic benefits of nature,” says Deesha.
