The Civil Services Examination is conducted in three stages — preliminary, main and interview — to select candidates for elite services such as the Indian Administrative Service (IAS), Indian Foreign Service (IFS) and Indian Police Service (IPS), among others.

The preliminary exam was held in August 2025, while the results of the Civil Services Main examination were announced in November last year. Candidates who qualified in the mains were later called for the personality test or interview stage.

According to UPSC, the candidature of 348 recommended candidates has been kept provisional pending verification of documents and eligibility conditions.

Candidates can check their results on the official website of UPSC. For further clarification regarding examinations or recruitment processes, candidates may contact the Commission on working days between 10 am and 5 pm through the helpline numbers provided by UPSC.
