The Chief of the Shree Devi Lairai Temple, Dinanath Gaonkar, has announced that all devotees will be allowed to participate on the first day of the Devi Lairai Jatra.
Speaking on the arrangements for the annual jatra, Gaonkar said that everyone will be permitted to attend the celebrations on Day 1. However, he clarified that the restriction will apply only to the Dhonds, who traditionally observe specific customs related to the festival.
