Ahead of the Vice President’s visit to Goa for the Statehood Day programme, casino hoardings and brandings along the route from Goa University to the Dona Paula Circle have been covered by authorities.
The move comes as the Vice President is scheduled to travel through the stretch during the official visit connected to the state-level celebrations.

Several casino advertisements and promotional displays visible along the route were concealed in preparation for the VVIP movement and official protocol arrangements.
Security and administrative measures have also been intensified in the area ahead of the programme, with traffic regulations and route management being implemented to ensure smooth movement during the visit.
