Chief Minister Dr Pramod Sawant has described the recent dispute involving Sanguem BJP workers and Minister Subhash Phal Dessai as a “family matter” within the party, saying the issue has now been resolved.
Speaking after meeting BJP workers from Sanguem, Sawant said the discussions were fruitful and suggested that the party would move ahead with unity.

The Chief Minister maintained that the differences were an internal matter within the BJP and had been addressed through discussions with the concerned workers.
Sawant’s remarks come amid tensions between sections of the BJP’s Sanguem unit and Minister Subhash Phal Dessai.
Following the meeting, the Chief Minister expressed confidence that the party would remain united and continue working together in Sanguem.
