The State Government web portals are in pathetic conditions, none of the portals work regularly some keep giving errors for e.g. “https://egov.goa.nic.in/dslr/f114new.aspx” — Directorate of settlement and land records; this site has been down since a long time, it works sometimes but gives up later ending with incomplete information.
The same is with “http://www.dharnaksh.com” even this site does not work, No village maps open; neither the village surveys. Also the sites take a lot of time to load.
The Government should provide a suggestion or a complaint portal where one can report such problems. It becomes a major problem when one cannot access such facilities despite being available.
These facilities work only once they have been inaugurated and then stop working as no one follows it up and due to lack of maintenance, with such lethargic attitude we cannot achieve to go Digital India. The Authorities should be aware of this so that citizens can be served properly.
