4 from Delhi held for accepting bets on Pakistan Super League

The police arrested four persons for allegedly accepting bets for the Pakistan Super League cricket match at La Pasado Villa Badem Anjuna on February 26. The Crime Branch arrested Surinder Karla, Rajat Karla, Kashish Karla and Hitesh Karla all residents of Adarsh Nagar, North West Delhi for allegedly accepting bets on a live Pakistan Super League cricket match played between Lahore Qalandars & Peshawar Zalmi. 

North Goa SP Nidhin Valsan stated that the four individuals were arrested while accepting bets on a live cricket match of the Pakistan Super League 2023 played between Lahore Qulandars and Peshawar Zalmi that was held on February 26.  Valsan also stated that the bets were accepted from the persons in Delhi, amounting to Rs 3 lakh for the said match. Mobile phones worth Rs 2 lakh were also seized.
