For a state having paucity of land, reclamation of the SEZ land will be a welcome boost. The govt is revisiting IDC plot allotment, transfer and sub-lease regulations to make them more industry-friendly and at the same time ensure proper and timely utilisation of plots. VIKANT SAHAY reports
