CBI Arrests BJP Youth Wing Leader, Brother in NEET-UG 2026 Paper Leak

The Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) arrested two brothers from Jaipur’s Jamwa Ramgarh—Dinesh Biwal and Mangilal Biwal—in connection with the NEET-UG 2026 paper leak. A Rajasthan Special Operations Group (SOG) officer revealed they bought a 120-question guess paper for ₹15 lakh from a Haryana contact and sold it to students in Sikar. SOG detained them Monday before handing over to CBI, who took them to Delhi.

Suspicion arose as five family members—Dinesh’s son, Mangilal’s two sons, and their late brother’s two daughters—qualified NEET last year and now study in government medical colleges. Dinesh, a former BJP youth wing secretary in 2014, sparked a political firestorm. Congress leader Ashok Gehlot accused BJP of delaying FIRs to protect “functionaries destroying youth’s future,” sharing Dinesh’s Diwali poster as proof.

Local BJP sources downplayed ties, noting Dinesh’s inactivity and moneylending business in Sikar for years. His Facebook shows photos with Education Minister Madan Dilawar (2021) and MLA Mahendra Pal Meena, who recently wished him a happy birthday. SOG probes continue alongside CBI’s nationwide investigation into the scandal rocking medical admissions.
