According to reports, Ragini Vishwakarma and her father had travelled nearly 70 kilometres from their village to reach the examination centre at Government Girls College in Vidisha. Their journey was reportedly delayed by heavy rainfall, waterlogging and a motorcycle puncture. By the time they arrived, the clock had struck 1:32 pm, while the gates had officially closed at 1:30 pm.

The viral footage captures the emotional scene as the father folded his hands and pleaded with officials to allow his daughter to enter.
