Iran announced on Wednesday that it is reviewing the latest proposal submitted by the United States through mediator Pakistan as diplomatic efforts continue to end the ongoing Middle East conflict.
The development comes amid escalating rhetoric between Tehran and Washington over the possibility of renewed attacks in the region.

Speaking to reporters, US President Donald Trump said that negotiations with Iran were in their “final stages”.
“We’ll either have a deal or we’re going to do some things that are a little bit nasty. But hopefully that won’t happen,” Trump stated, while adding that he preferred a peaceful resolution to avoid further loss of life.
“I’m in no hurry. Ideally, I’d like to see few people killed, as opposed to a lot,” he said.
Responding to the latest diplomatic move, Iranian Foreign Ministry spokesperson Esmaeil Baqaei confirmed that Tehran had received Washington’s latest points of view and was currently examining them.
The renewed diplomatic engagement signals ongoing international efforts to ease tensions and prevent further escalation in the Middle East.
