The United States has announced a reward of up to $10 million (approximately ₹92.47 crore) for information on Mojtaba Khamenei, identified as Iran’s new supreme leader, along with several senior officials linked to the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC).
The announcement was made on Friday through the Rewards for Justice Program, an initiative run by the U.S. Department of State and administered by the Diplomatic Security Service.

According to a statement released by the programme, the targeted individuals are believed to command and oversee various elements of the IRGC. The statement alleged that the force is responsible for planning, organising and carrying out acts of terrorism in different parts of the world.
Officials said the reward aims to encourage individuals with credible information to come forward, as part of broader efforts by the United States to counter activities linked to the IRGC and its global operations.
The Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps, a powerful military and political force in Iran, has long been at the centre of tensions between Tehran and Washington, with the US designating it as a terrorist organisation in recent years.
