2 men dead in separate incidents
VASCO (HC): A man died of food poisoning while another man was found dead at Vasco during the last two days.
According to Verna police, one Juglal Prajapati (35) of Madhya Pradesh, but residing at Thana-Cortalim, was found in an unconscious state at his workplace in IDC, Verna, on Thursday evening.
Police said company staff rushed Prajapati to a private hospital, where doctors declared him dead on arrival. The autopsy report confirmed the death due to food poisoning.
In another incident, Vasco police found another male body near National Cloth Store, Vasco on Friday.
Vasco police have registered the cases as unnatural deaths and have sent the bodies for an autopsy at Hospicio, Margao.
