Two plastic waste bins were gutted in a major fire at Aquem late Sunday night.
The fire brigade rushed to Aquem as the waste dumped in the bins caught fire.
These bins were in the news a fortnight ago as they were found overflowing with waste in the absence of timely clearance by the Margao Civic body.
