“As per section 26 of the Town and Country Planning (TCP) Act, 1974, after the constitution of the planning area, NGPDA has to prepare a map and register showing the present land use indicating the present use of every piece of land in the planning area,” the notice issued by NGPDA member secretary R K Pandita states.
Arpora-Baga land use plan process starts
PANJIM: The North Goa Planning and Development Authority (NGPDA) on Thursday issued notice for preparing the Land Use Plan and Register for Arpora-Baga area. NGPDA has invited public suggestions and comments within 30 days.
